Centralmedianusa.com, Inhil-Riau – Upaya pencegahan kebakaran hutan dan lahan (karhutla) di wilayah Kecamatan Kateman kembali menunjukkan hasil positif. Personel Koramil 06/KTM melaksanakan patroli tapal batas pada Minggu (15/2/2026) dan memastikan kondisi lapangan aman tanpa temuan titik api maupun asap.
Kegiatan patroli dilakukan oleh Babinsa Koramil 06/KTM, Sertu Edili Z, di wilayah Tagaraja, Kecamatan Kateman, Kabupaten Indragiri Hilir. Patroli dimulai pukul 09.40 WIB dengan menyasar area yang dinilai memiliki potensi kerawanan karhutla. Titik koordinat pemantauan tercatat pada 0°17’18,654″N dan 103°36’47,43″E.
Dalam pelaksanaan tugas, Babinsa didukung personel gabungan yang terdiri dari satu anggota TNI dan dua warga setempat. Tim bergerak menggunakan dua unit sepeda motor guna menjangkau jalur patroli yang telah ditentukan.

Hasil pemantauan di lapangan tidak menemukan adanya indikasi kebakaran. Titik api dan asap dinyatakan nihil, sementara situasi wilayah terpantau aman dan terkendali. Kondisi ini mencerminkan efektivitas patroli rutin sekaligus meningkatnya kewaspadaan bersama terhadap potensi karhutla.
Patroli tapal batas merupakan langkah preventif aparat teritorial dalam meminimalisir risiko kebakaran serta menjaga stabilitas keamanan wilayah. Selain pemantauan, kegiatan ini juga menjadi sarana memperkuat sinergi antara TNI dan masyarakat.
